Who designs your shirts? +

We do. Decision Designs develops its own apparel with a focus on meaningful messages and encouraging designs that represent faith in a thoughtful and inspiring way.

Do you offer free shipping? +

Free shipping may be offered during special promotions, and the site also advertises free shipping on orders over $75. Be sure to check the current offer shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Where do you ship? +

Decision Designs currently ships to the 48 continental United States via USPS. At this time, shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

What shipping options are available? +

The shipping page lists Standard Ground and Two-Day shipping options. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day, and expedited orders require a street address rather than a PO Box.

What is your return policy? +

Items purchased through the website may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, as long as the merchandise is unused, unworn, and in good condition. Refunds apply to merchandise value and do not include shipping.

Yes. Decision Designs offers customization for churches, ministries, camps, Bible schools, youth groups, sports teams, stores, and businesses. You can personalize designs on T-shirts, hoodies, long sleeve tees, baby clothes, and hats.

Do you offer wholesale? +

Yes. Decision Designs offers a wholesale program for retailers with a valid sales tax ID. The source site lists a $350 minimum opening order, a $150 minimum reorder, and notes that they do not currently sell to online or mobile retailers or allow resale through marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or Walmart.

Where can I shop Decision Designs in person? +

Decision Designs attends more than 25 fairs, festivals, and events each year. If you cannot make it to an event, you can reach out directly to ask what products are currently in stock.
